Putting Up a Billboard...

I decided this'd be one of my cherished shots, with an added twist of nostalgia, too. As when I was growing up in Lagos, Nigeria, I remember waking up on certain days and on my way to school, I'd see a brand new billboard up and sparkling and I'd also wondered how these things were put up - so rapidly too. Dunno why...
